I don't have the bridge, pearl knobs, or neck anymore, so I cannot sell it whole, unfortunately

Whats the story on that cream colored Jag bass in the background??
Basically i got a good deal on an MIM Jazz bass and I got bored so I thought I'd try my hand at some radical modification and that's how that bass came to be. I don't have a router anymore so the pickguard and some routing was done with a dremel tool. The body and pickup covers were both painted with spray paint which is why they both look tacky. I actually love the versatility of the electronics but it's hard playing it live because it's so ugly haha

Cool! If you ever decide to sell, it is totally my aesthetic!

Would you say the VM Squier neck is chunkier than the CV? I'm asking because the main thing that ever kept me from scoring a CV P-bass is that the neck felt too thin (back to front) to me and the frets were really low.

The only VM I've played was a maple-boarded Jazz....

Appreciate any info.

You are correct. CV is thinner and frets are lower.

The PJ is definitely very cool. What pickups are in it and what does the routing look like?

All I know is they came out of an ibanez.
The routing was done with a rotary tool to enlarge the J cavity to fit the P pickup. It doesn't look too neat but I mean, it's covered by the pickguard lol. If one were to want to change it back to J, the routing would still hide under the pickguard
