I'll add pics later in a follow-up post, but you know what a speaker looks like.
For sale: Eminence Kappalite 3012ho, $140 shipped and insured, with tracking, CONUS.
I bought this driver for a DIY 1-12 project last fall. It turned out great -- loud and punchy in the mids. Now that I've also built a pair of the B&C12cl64 neo cabs, I want to flip the Kappalite and do a 2-15.
It's in great shape. Not sure if it's fully broken in, but it has a few hours of bedroom practice on it. I never pushed it to fartout, so I don't know how loud it CAN get, but it got plenty loud for home use without breaking a sweat.
(Random comment: Aside from the well-noted sonic qualities of this driver, it has great thumbscrew-type connector posts. I wish they all were like this.)
Shipped insured with tracking to the lower 48. The driver will be in the original factory box, which will be inside another box. My plan is to ship it with signature required for delivery, but you can waive that at your own risk.
I also recommend that with the cold weather, you let the box sit inside and come up to temperature gradually instead of taking it out right away and having condensation form.
I'm set up on PayPal. Please PM if you're interested.
Thanks -- and keep it punchy!
