Considering selling or trading my Performance YB5. These are my favorite active 5 string J basses, though Performance spacing, to my ears, yields an even spankier and snappier tone than a 70s position jazz. This has got the Adam Blackstone spec which is

--Bartolini TCT with mid (taste) knob (not exactly a midrange boost/cut at all)
--Lightweight ash body
--black blocks and binding
--Hipshot tuners and Badass Bridge
This bass is super satiny...no extra paint or gloss anywhere. Yields one of the more organic and "blooming" performance basses I've heard.
