There isn't a mark, ding, scratch, etc. anywhere to be found, and it's intonated and set up with medium/low action. You'd be hard-pressed to tell this bass from new. Seriously. Weighs in at 8.8 lbs. A sticker on the treble pot indicates a manufacture date of 8/01. S/N is F04703. If you're reading this, you likely know or have heard this bass is phenomenal - compact compared to the Sting Ray with a fast, comfortable neck and a great range of tones (thanks to the 3-way EQ and 3-way switch).
