Now here's a bass you don't see every day. Phantom Guitar Works Phantom IV bass, built in Oregon, 32" scale, standard .750 string spacing, Kent Armstrong designed humbucking pickups under those sexy white covers, solid mahogany body, and a nice J profile neck that is not too skinny around the back. Plays remarkably well, action is low, truss rod is perfect ( although you do have to remove the neck to get to the adjustment nut ),and weighs in under 8 lbs.
Soundwise, it has a strong Rickenbacker flavor to it, but no clankiness. I've used it live, and was very surprised how well it cut through while still being supportive, quite versatile.
Full disclosure- has a few nicks through the paint, and one or two tiny doinks along the edges of the headstock. Ships in a decent, clean Levys bag. $500 to your door.
Get your Fang on!!
