Super clean Peavey G Bass in pearl white. One tiny ding on the back edge below control cavity, see photo. I replaced the tuners with Hipshot units. Strings are new DR Sunbeams.

weight approx 7-8 lbs.

Zero issues, plays nice, sounds HUGE and everything functions as it should

Possible trades, strat/tele type 6 string guitar (MIJ or MIA only) or all tube guitar amp, willing to add $$ for the right deal. Or a P bass, Jazz bass with P pickup (MIJ 0r MIA only) will pay the difference.

Shipped, insured.. lower 48 only.

$450 with HSC and $400 with gigbag

Always wanted to try one of these. Care to direct me to some tone samples? In the past I have not found much. Is the neck made by Modulus?

I don't have the ability to record/upload samples.. but I did find a youtube video. From what I have read, Modulus made the necks for the G bass.

another update bump. For sale only now.. found and purchased the cabs I want.

I will now include the Peavey HSC for the $500 price.

Thanks for the sample. According to this guy, the flat black necks were made by another company than Modulus

Yeah, first I've ever heard that about the necks also. I know they changed the look of the back of the neck, no visible CF, but I thought it was still Modulus producing them for Peavey.
