I picked up this bass, mostly out of curiosity - as it has an EMG BTC preamp - EMG pickups and a Babicz bridge. I was looking for an "inexpensive, but decent" bass I could use for gigs where I didn't want to risk the using my "more expensive" basses.
I ended up picking up 2 Stingray SUB (USA versions) for such gigs - and I find this nice bass just sits in the closet.
For the price - this is a REALLY nice bass! Not counting all the top of the line components - it's made REALLY well and is very light - maybe around 8 pounds?? Set neck, beautiful finish!
Comes in a branded (very nicely padded) gig bag.
Not a mark on it - looks new. Has a new set of D'Addario Nickels - and it's all polished up! Any marks you see in the photos are just reflections.
