This is a 1973 Peavey 215 cabinet (serial number was confirmed by Peavey) that has been upgraded a bit. New drivers. Drivers are called Blast King. They are 8 Ohm 500w each, 93dB steel frame... They are run together to make this a 4Ohm cabinet as original. I know they are not the greatest drivers, but they sound pretty good and handle my SWR Bass 750 very well. They don't fart out on any of the low B notes and are nice and clean on the upper register as well. The jack plate had been replaced withe a round panel mount Neutric connector (works great for me since I have not 1/4" cables anymore).. The handles are not original, look like they were updated in the 1980's or so, but they are not the peavey side handles.
Grill fits well and is complete and no tears. Tolex is in really good shape for a 42 year old cabinet.
