Checked Music Man's website.

• The knobs are: volume, passive tone, stacked high/low mid, stacked bass/treble (the stacked controls are a 4-band EQ, in other words).
• The three pushbuttons close together switch the three pickups on and off, wired in parallel -- except for one combination (all switches off) which gives you two pickups in series. The remaining pushbutton is active/passive.
