Hey TBers,
Finally letting go of my M4V. It has been my main bass for years, but playing mainly 5 string now, and between my Fender Ps and Js I am just not playing this bass as much as it deserves to be played.
Ash body
Maple Fretboard
Lindy Fralin pickups
Bartolini 2 band pre-amp
Plek'd Fingerboard
19mm spacing
Right under 8 lbs, I think 7.7 or so. Will post actual weight when I get my hands on a scale.
From left to right, the knobs are neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, tone (Pull for passive, push in for active. the 2 band EQ only works in active, not passive) then the stack (the top pot is treble boost/cut, and the bottom is bass boost/cut).
There are some small dings (see pictures) but the bass is in excellent condition and is one of the most versatile, comfortable, solid axes that bridge vintage and modern tones beautifully in today's market. Feel free to PM me with any questions. $1600 shipped from Brooklyn NY with Fender gig bag. Not interested in trades at the moment.
Thanks!
Aaron
P.S. Yes the plastic wrap is still on the electronics cover. Dunno... I just never took it off.
