Birdsong Short Bass

Poplar wood in excellent condition, This Bass is extremely comfortable to play at 31" scale, Light and has great tone. The only thing that is different from new is the addition of a thumb rest, this can be removed as I used double sided tape instead of screws. It comes with the OHSC and I have installed straplocks. How much does it weigh and could you take a better pic of the body and is that the Lace pickup? Also, would you ship to Canada?

According to my bathroom scales with me on it with and without the Bass it weighs in at 7.5lbs. This one has a different pickup than Scott usually uses, He told me this is hotter than his normal one but he picked it for this Bass because he thought the poplar would be a good match for it. I will get some better pics of the body and post them. As far as shipping to Canada I have no problem with that providing you are ok with taking care of the additional expense.

She's a beaut! My recently acquired and modded shortbass thus far is my favorite bass to play! A toss up between this and the op's other birdsong the "embrace" as to which to drool over more...

thanks......7.5lbs is light but I need lighter because of back problems.....I'll take a better look at your Embrace cause that one is lighter......
