This is a really great bass that can easily ride with the big boys. In fact, I prefer this bass to a few of the top brands out there today. Build quality is exceptional at this price point.

Marco is based out of Dallas, Oregon, so his basses are made in the U.S.A.
However, he was originally from Brazil.
