An early example of Chris' work, and a fine one too. Built in '98.
34" scale, 24 fret neck through, maple & bubinga, slim taper style
1.5" nut, 2.25" @ 24th fret, 18mm spacing at bridge
mahogany wings
red dyed Birdseye maple top
24 fret cocobolo fretboard
Lane Poor pickups
Bartolini 9v preamp
vol-blend-bass-treble
8 lbs. 9 oz
Gator gig bag included.
Had Chris check it out and everything's good, he thought it was in good shape considering it's age.
Frets have been leveled, but are jumbo so plenty of metal left.
The truss access is kind of small, so he made me a custom allen key for it and made the necessary adjustments, key included.
He looked closely at the body wing seams, and even wicked some super-thin superglue in, but assured me that they will remain solid.
Excellent balance and has a nice modern-ish tone from the LP's.
Price included shipping CONUS only.
