I got this recently here from a great TB'r, but I need to cover some unforseen expenses, so unfortunately I have to let it go.
Overall it is in excellent condition.
There is some player wear here and there, but nothing major.
It has the typical pick guard swirling and a few scratches on the back.
There are 2 very shallow nicks that look like scratches on the back of the neck that are barely noticeable and do not affect playability at all.
The case has a 2 small holes in the outer fabric from the previous owner.
Feel free to PM me with any questions or requests for additional pictures.
I am interested in your bass. What are the primary differences in single coil vs. HC? What is the nut width? Does it have the VTC? I am new to Sadowsky basses so this and any other info would be very helpful in making my decision. Thank you.
The Nut Width is 1 1/2". It does have VTC as well. The HC's are dead quiet and a bit mid scooped. They are the standard pickups on all the Metro's. I actually prefer the Hum-Cancelling pickups. They sound a bit "fatter" or "thicker" to me.
The Single Coils have a bit more going on in the mids. I have had several Metro's and I have been very happy with the HC pickups.
