Bartolini NTMB 918 in the 5.2 A/P configuration.
The 5 knobs:
Volume (push/pull for active/passive)
Blend
Treble
Mid (push/pull frequency selector)
Bass
Internal trim pot for preamp gain. Currently set to very close the passive volume.
All connections still soldered to the pots and jack. Just solder your 2 pickups to the Blend knob (diagrams avaolable online) and connect a battery. I'll include a battery harness, but I didn't connect it in case you have your own, or a battery box. Preamp is dead quiet, all pots are clean, and it functions perfectly.
