In addition to all original packaging and contents, I am also including a Stopmin' Ground, Reversed Polarity - 5.5mm x 2.5mm power supply cable. This cable allows you to properly power this pedal with a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 and the like. *If you purchase this pedal and power by this method, please refer to your power supply's instruction manual prior to use to make sure you have your DIP switches on your power supply in the correct positioning.
Please note that I have shortened the length of the original power supply. I also recently touched up the white lines on the pedal's knobs, as they had started to fade. The sticker residue on the wooden box lid is where the original price tag was.
