In response to a few PM's: The knobs are: Volume - Blend - Tone. I had the luthier do it this way when we installed the jazz pup at the bridge.
I find the "blend" (or pan) option easier to do quickly on-stage, as opposed to the traditional V-V-T that I have on my jazz bass. The blend has a center detente, so you can feel it when you're at 50-50.
