Up for sale is my rare Carvin SB5000 5 String Bass, I have replaced the stock pups with a pair of Delano Soapbars (wired in single coil mode) $300 value ) as I felt the bass lacked midrange in order to cut through the mix, for my taste this is the perfect combo as it still retains some old school jazz vibe with more power and modern edge. If your looking for a great modern jazz bass for a very affordable price, this is it. It has been one of my main basses for the last year and have done a hundred gigs with it w/o any issues. Maple neck plays like butter, low action without any buzz. It has been professionally set up. I will also include the original J99 pups and pickguard.
