Warwick Streamer NT 1988

hey all,

I'm putting for sale my beloved '88 Streamer NT 4 string.
the bass was purchased from a Warwick forum member in 2006 and has been sitting in it's case for the last two years since I started university.

the bass features flamed maple body with a 5 piece neck made of 3 pieces of Wenge and two flamed maple stringers. fretboard is Wenge. nut is the JAN 1. bridge and tailpiece seem to be steel (current production are brass AFAIK). has P and J EMG pickups and what I believe is an early production 2 band MEC preamp.

this bass is not a closet queen, it probably belonged to a touring musician somewhere along the road and it has the battle scars to prove that, which I will fully disclose.

finish has darkened a bit.
the knobs show some tarnish.
a refret is in order (at least for the first 7 frets). frets also show some tarnish.
I replaced one Warwick tuner with a Schaller M4B, it's the same tuner only it has a Schaller logo instead of Warwick's at the back. original tuner (which is shoot) is also included.
there are two gouges above each pickup, I guess from a previous owner who rested their thumbs on the top of the pickup covers (they are pictured).

if you want a Warwick with a lot of the old school features and the mojo only years of gigging can bring - this bass delivers.
