Hey gang, Im selling off some equipment to fund a bass I couldn't pass up yesterday. First up is my Japanese Jackson CMG. From my research its a 2005 year model. I bought it 5+ years a go as new old stock from some Ma and Pa store. It's a dark metallic green. Over all its in great shape. No structural issues. A few little cosmetic blemishes from playing which I tried showing in the pictures. I have added a Hipshot D-tuner (original tuner included). I replaced the the scratchy blend pot a few years ago and the new one is a little scratchy. I replaced the original knobs with some awesome rubberized ones (not sure if i have the originals). Bass comes equipped with Schaller straplocks installed. I also added a custom trussrod cover (original included). Neck is straight and action is set low. EMG HZ pickups, 9 volt 3 band active EQ. Fairly new DR Hibeams 45-105 are on the bass. Bass ships in an SKB case that other than a few scuffs and a band logo is solid and has no issues. I realize the market is flooded with the lower end Jacksons but this is Japanese craftsmanship!! Get some!!
On my fish scale the bass weighs just over 9lbs.
