For sale my amazing Jazz Bass '66 Masterbuilt in shoreline gold. The bass was built in 2006 by Fender masterbuilder Mark Kendrick. It's a closet classic edition.
I got it through a trade when looking for a Jazz but my Bongo and MIJ P bass classic 50s gets most of the play time. I guess I am not a Jazz bass fan after all
Awesome J bass tone, at least to my ears
The bass is very light and balances well although I don't have the exact weight. The rosewood fingerboard is just beautiful and the Shoreline Gold finish looks really nice. The bass has some "artificial" small dings due to the closet classic treatment (very light relic to have the bass look like a vintage one who would have seen very little playtime over the years). I can send some more detailed pictures if required. The bass comes with G&G original case, pickup and bridge chrome covers and of course the authenticity certificate from Fender.
Only trade I would consider would be a Dingwall 5er.
