This would be my birth year bass, but I'm out of money and flush with P basses. Maybe next time around...

I used to own one of these, and it was the best P-Bass I ever had. Whomever buys this bass will be very, very happy.

Proud owner of an 82 AVRI. These are hands down awesome P-basses. I have two other P-basses to compare it to (64 L series and a newer Fender Custom Shop) and it has a much nicer and more playable neck than either of those. Wide and thin front to back.

Mine is currently parted out with the neck on my jazz bass and the guts in my Custom Shop Fender.

I'd love to buy this, but I have too many basses and not enough gigs, money, or space.

I've got an '83 ('57 AVS ) twin to this one... and it's an amazing P. These Fullerton reissues (Fender's first) don't appear in the classifieds very often... don't sleep on these.
