1981 Rickenbacker 4001 white (turned to a beautiful cream color over the years) with OHSC. Very good condition overall. No structural cracks or repairs. Only a few minor scratches and dings. Great playing bass and sounds awesome ! 2000 + shipping Canada and USA.

That is not Tuxedo bass ... it is a white 4001 with black binding ... and a nice example of a white 70s 4001.

The Tuxedo is a 4003 and not a 4001 ... it is also a S model ... no binding ... And the fretboard on the tuxedo is painted white with black dots.

I purchased a Tuxedo Ric 360-12 about 10 years ago from the guitarist that played in
The Animals. It had been around the world a dozen times and aged like a rock star's guitar,
Nicely worn and checked but not beat up. The white fingerboard sets a Tuxedo Ric apart from
all other white Rics.
