Great player, nicely set up, and hasn't shifted in the 7 months I've had it.
LESS than 7 lbs- I weighed it on a very accurate scale (although it turned out that after I bought this scale specifically to weigh basses, that my bathroom scale was doing a pretty good job!).

I prefer my 78 P bass, but like the Gamma much more than any MIM F or similar level P bass.
Feels like air when on a strap. OK, you know it's there, but it's so light, back/shoulder issues are much less likely to be a pain!
