Hi,
I'm selling a VERY nice 5 String Fretless Bass.
It's a Warwick $$ Corvette Fretless 5 String Bass.
It was made in Germany.
It comes in the Warwick "Rockcase" HSC. (Like an Anvil case for the Bass.)
It has two "MEC" Jazzman Pickups.
Active or Passive operation.
Series, Parallel, or single Coil Operation switch. Per pickup.
Two band active EQ.
Swamp Ash Body.
Ovangkol Neck.
Thick slab of Ebony for the Fingerboard.
I wish I could say it's un-blemished, but it's not. It's been played.
So, while there's nothing deep or serious, it's too bad it wasn't cared for by the owners before me.
I still haven't put flatwounds on it. There is so light stratches from Roundwounds being put on it.
There's some scratches, again, not deep at all, on the body.
Some people's kids...!
(They guy did say he Special Ordered this bass right from the Factory.)
It also comes with owners Manual and build sheet.
"The Sound of Wood" does come to mind when I play it.
Due to the heavy Anvil-type case shipping is a bit pricey.
I'm asking for $1,200, shipped insured CONUS. O.B.O.
I might be interested in a trade.
