Hey all,

$60: this price includes shipping to continental US, although I'll ship elsewhere as well. PayPal is great :) Here's a description:

This is a Warwick/MEC bass preamp with bass and treble controls (use your existing volume, vol/vol, or vol/blend pots with this). Also included is a single gold dome knob. Both are from a 2006 Warwick Streamer LX. It works just fine, and could be a good option for your project or just to try something new. EQ frequency centers are 100 Hz for bass and 2.5 kHz for treble. The output level is adjustable via a trimpot. Let me know if you have questions!

Sure it would! Since you use your existing volume and/or blend pots with the correct values for passives, the signal after that point gets fed into the preamp. There's a little soldering involved (there will be in any scenario), but very doable for sure.

just curious, any idea how you would interface this in with an existing volume and blend pot. looking at the schematic, its hard to tell what signal is being passed through the licac, grey, white and black wires.

Sure thing. Their older schematics from the pre-PCB boards show this more clearly, but white is the signal output that goes to the tip of the jack. Black is ground, and lilac is the switched ground connection that completes the battery's negative side when the cord is inserted into the jack. Grey is the post-blend signal from the pickups, going into the volume pot and then into the preamp. In other words, grey is the preamp input and white is the preamp output.
