Just a tad bit information - this looks to be a V1 (no active/passive switch) Combustion, so the first iteration of them. Still great basses none the less!

I am out of northern VA. I agree I think this is a first generation and judging by the number may be the 21st made. The pre-amp is always on, two volume knobs for each pickup, bass, and treble.
