Selling two precision bass pickups that are taking up space in my gear drawer and are unlikely to get used anytime soon here.
SOLD The first is a Revel '58 style pickuo - measures at 12k, and has a nice bright precision bass tone, with a little extra down low. Can be wired in either series or parallel thanks to the long leads on each half. Connected for series operation now, but I didn't trim the leads to do so.
Comes with original box and mounting screws. My favorite feature of this pickup is the cover, which is made out of a very cool textured plastic. The cover is bigger than a standard p bass though, so it may need a little extra room to fit. Sells new for $90 from the maker, I bought it on eBay for $55, but willing to sell for $25 shipped. SOLD
Pickup number 2 was sold to me as a Sugi guitars pickup, but I can't verify that at all. What I'd do know is that it measures 10.36k, and sounds very thick and round. Great sounding pickup that I nearly kept in my '62 AVRI Precision if I hadn't found a great deal on a Lollar (which sits somewhere between the Revel and the Sugi). No mounting screws included. Also looking for $25 shipped.
Willing to trade either or both pickups toward a nice compressor pedal or other interesting effects (octave, envelope or od/distortion mainly).
