Got this last year to use in a band I was gigging with a lot. Band is now gone and this sweet bass is not getting the attention it deserves. It has a great tone that sits very well in the mix and doesn’t get lost. It’s also very versatile – it can be punchy if you want it, or P-like with the neck pup soloed. Plays great and has an excellent B string. Very solid and holds together as you play up the neck. It’s probably the best 34” scale B I’ve ever played.
It’s in excellent shape with very minor player wear. Bass also comes with two half pickguards, the black one which is on it now and a clear one. Or you can go commando, which is a great look too. The tuners were changed to USA Hipshots. Don’t know if it’s the tuners, but I must say the bass holds its tune very well.
It’s also a nice weight at a hair under 9 lbs. Comes with the Sadowsky ultralight case in excellent shape.
PayPal is preferred, but I can make other arrangements if necessary. I will only ship the bass to a US address.
I'm trying to reduce my gear, but would consider the right trade +/- $$$ as appropriate. I would be most interested in a nice lined fretless, particularly a Rob Allen Mouse.
Any trades would need to be on the lighter side, around 9.25 lbs or under.
