Definitely not solo, I had the solos once before and they were lighter. I don't know if these are 4/4 or 3/4, but they were on a 3/4 bass if that helps.

I couldn't say exactly since I received them with the bass. They look like they've had some use but still have life in them. I'm using the low B from the set and it sounds good
