For the purposes of comparison here's me standing next to the same amp and cabinet holding the same bass testing the remote for the video camera. No appreciable difference in sound whatsoever.

For the purposes of comparison here are my dogs in a room in close proximity to the exact same bass, amp and cabinet within 20 miles of the venue. Judging by the wagging tails we can deduce they're pretty impressed with the warm tubey sound of the TTE 500........
