I have a beautiful Warwick GPS Streamer Stage I 4 string for sale. This bass was bought new about 8 months ago and has been played very little. It is in pristine condition. No nicks, marks or functionality issues. I set it up with super low action when I received it, and have not had to adjust it since. The neck is incredibly stable. I bought it as a back up, but have come to realize that a 4 string of this caliber is useless to me, at this point in my career. I absolutely love the feel and sound of this bass, but I need to beef up my home studio and can get by with a much cheaper back up for now.
This bass has the early Stuart Zender vibe all the way. It has a VERY convincing straight P bass sound with the neck pickup soloed and the treble rolled off a little, but can get modern sounding by adding in the bridge pickup and boosting the preamp controls. The active MEC pickups and preamp work very well together and give you a lot of versatility.
I really love the understated look of the cherry wood body with the maple running through. It is simple and beautiful. You can judge for yourself, but I think it is a great looking bass.
The action is set very low and gets minimal buzzing. It plays very well!
