This is a killer jazz project completed for me by friend and master luthier Jim Eanelli here in Brew Town, USA. My quest was to create a bass that coupled aspects of a good vintage jazz and the modern tones and consistency offered by high quality modern parts.

Started with an Warmoth neck (insane flame maple front/back) and Warmoth body in classic black.
Added reverse vintage tuners, Tortoise pickguard, and Fender repro decal.

Modern touches include onboard Sadowsky preamp w/ vintage tone control, BadAssII bridge and Bartolini hum-cancelling jazz pickups. I originally went with Sadowsky pickups, but did not completely love the all out modern sheen. Adding the Barts made a huge difference and warmed up the sound markedly. Now it can go from modern sheen to Motown thump. Really versatile bass that has served me well on many sessions and gigs. She sits in a track like nobody's business!

Neck, frets and all components are mint. Body has light relicing (nicks and assorted mojo). Great look and feel.

Setup and action are perfect. neck literally has not moved from day 1. Strung up with Markley Blue Steel 45-105.

Weighs 9.6lbs on my bathroom scale and will ship with a well worn hardshell tolex case.

Will miss this bass, but need to chip away at mounting grad school debt.

$950 shipped in the lower 48.

Possible trade/cash interest:
-Fender 57 reissue precision
-uber clean Aguilar DB410 (4ohm)

Thanks for looking!
