Bought this to replace an EVM 15B in an old TL606 - style cab. Even went with the 4 ohm speaker, as I wanted a single 15 option that would draw sufficient wattage from my solid state head to make it a viable option as a one cab solution for medium gigs. Well, there is a lot to like about this speaker. Its lightweight, loud and clear. Sounds very much like an old JBL E-140 I used to have. But, its not the sound I was looking for. I kind of miss my old 15B and its mid-hump. And, the EV broke up sooner in a way that I really liked. So, I'm going to re-cone my old 15B and pass this along to someone who wants it. Very limited use on this -3 to 4 gigs and about 10 hours max. Never pushed. Like new condition.
