Got this in a trade and as a backup for my other MTD 535. I now find that I have the modern vibe down, want to go to the suped up jazz portion of the spectrum.

Great bass, not a mark on her. Sounds and plays wonderful. Has an aggressive sound (due to the ash neck/body) but also has some warmth that I didn't have on another 535 with similar woods.
Would be interested in a nice jazz type bass in a comparable range but would also take a partial trade plush cash. Feel free to run by what you have. If I don't sell/trade it I'm fine keeping it, in no rush.
