Ok, this needs to go to someone who can rescue it! 2003 MiM Jazz Bass neck that I defretted carefully, filled the fret lines with stained filler...then everything from there went askew.
I attempted a crazy glue finish and the result is in the pics. Glue run over on the sides, hazy areas and low spots. It's been micro mesh finished using the proper stew mac neck profile sanding block. Again, result is in the pics. Everything else on the neck is great. Truss rod, etc. I defretted it originally because it had a high spot and you can see it now near the heel.
Anyway, long story even longer I didn't want to just throw it away. A competent someone may find this a great project.
