Details

Hello, Up for sale today is my VERY nice Peavey Cirrus 6. The bass is as sweet as any high end instrument I have owned. This one has a gloss body with a smooth, satin finish on the neck. One little ding on top and a little sticker resin on the plastic cavity in back, otherwise super clean. It plays and sounds amazing. Only reason for sale is of course I just made a new bass purchase and need to pay for it somehow, so I cannot take trades. This will ship in a beat up gigbag, perfectly functional and will keep it safe.
Shipping in CONUS only.
Thanks for looking.

I'm the previous owner of this bass, I can vouch for both the quality of the instrument as well as the seller.

I'm not very familiar with these basses. What's scale, body wood, number of frets in particular? Could string spacing be adjusted to 17.5mm?
Hello, From what I have read, the bridge spacing can go from 16.5 to 18mm, If anyone can clarify on this please do...
it is a 35in scale and the body is ash with a 24 fret fingerboard. thanks

Wood Combinations used on Cirrus Bass production models.

Top / Body / Neck / Fingerboard
Maple / Alder / Maple/Pau Ferro
Wenge / Walnut / Walnut/Pau Ferro
Bubinga / Walnut / Walnut/Pau Ferro
Walnut / Walnut / Walnut/Pau Ferro
Redwood / Alder / Maple/ Pau Ferro
Claro Walnut / Walnut / Walnut / Pau Ferro

The Quilt Top is a 5A Quilt Maple top on a Mahogany body. The neck is Birdseye Maple with an Ebony fretboard.

The Peacock Blue and Ruby Red models are a Flame Maple top on Alder Body. The neck is Maple with a Pau Ferro fingerboard.

The Maple necks have Purple Heart stringers. The Walnut necks have Maple stringers.

Can't confirm on the string spacing. 4, 5, 6-string have a slightly different adjustable string spacing from what I heard.

I used to play only a peavey cirrus for about 12 years. Had 4 different ones, 2 were custom shop orders, bought and sold some here. This is one of the best looking production line models I've seen- and by that I mean the selection of woods for the top and fretboard are much nicer looking than many others of the same model
