I built it as a backup, with a white-block Squier neck - turned out to be a great bass which I used quite a lot, so there are various paint chips. I upgraded the original bridge to Fender threaded; the rest is original including the pickups which I thought sounded great for the money spent.
The original sale thread had a scale shot which did not jibe with my scale, so please note
my postal scale has this at 5 lbs 10.9 oz as it sits currently. I don't see the Burgundy Mist Affinity offered any longer - as I recall, these were listed as being alder but please verify for yourself if that is a matter of interest.
