USA made Spector Bolt-On. It looks, plays, and sounds incredible. No issues at all, but this bass just gets no play time. The 1.64" neck is also something I could never really get perfectly used to, especially now that I have a Wimbish Euro. So, here's your chance to get a USA Spector at a great price!
Specs:
Bass is currently setup passive with Aguilar AG-4J-70 pickups. They sound amazing! Controls are Volume-Volume-Tone-Tone Boost. The Boost adds some extra color and is a really nice addition. I do have a brand new Aguilar OBP-2TK preamp I am willing to include if you'd like to make the bass active. I also have a complete set (bridge, tuners) of black hardware if you would prefer, instead of the gold. I've pictured the preamp and black hardware.
I would say this bass is as close to mint as you can get, but I never like to list my gear as that. So, I will say it is in excellent condition. Looks as good as the day it was made. One thing you'll notice is the previous owner glued an old school NYC subway token to the headstock. He did this as a tribute to Spector's Brooklyn era and I actually think it's a cool touch. Easily removed if you don't like it. Weight is 8.2lbs on my bathroom scale.
The ONLY trades I would possibly be interested in would be "lower" tier Spector's plus cash or a GK MB500 plus cash. Ultimately, I would prefer a cash deal. I will certainly consider any reasonable offers.
Bass will come with a generic hardshell case in Average condition. Any questions, please ask!
