I've always wanted to try a Sadowsky. It's been years since I had a Pbass, and I needed to scratch the itch. Previous owner's description nails it:
Up for sale is my Sadowsky Metro P, with a jazz profile neck. I got it in a trade and am now looking for an NYC P, I like this bass so much. Not sure if this was a custom order, as I've never seen strictly a P configuration in a Metro. I had a Metro P/J but felt the P sound never nailed it. This one has the P sound the other was missing. It is in excellent condition with the best feeling neck I've had on a Metro. Controls are Volume, Tone (pull for passive), Bass/Treble concentric. If you are a P bass lover, this bass is for you. There isn't an unusable sound and the world famous Sadowsky preamp gives you all the options you'd ever need. 9lbs on my bathroom scale. Comes with a Sadowsky gig bag.
I'll just add in the interest of full disclosure, this bass is very clean, but does show signs of light player wear. No dings anywhere, but usual swirls on body and pick guard that come with a bass that has gotten played.

I don't dig 3TSB. I recently scratched my Fender itch with a AV RI Jazz, thinking I might like a P as well.
TRADES:
Fenders. No black, no 3TSB. Prefer Pbasses, but... American Vintage Reissues, Customs Shops subject to $$ either way.
Fender Pbass clones of relatively comparable value (Lakland, Lull, etc) No black, no 3TSB. I'd love an older Glaub in vintage Fender color.
5 string P-basses. No black. I like to keep two 4's and a 5 (and my existing 5 is untouchable). But you never know, I could be tempted by a 5 sting P, even in 3TSB.
Bergantino B/AMP.
Beyond that, I'm in no great hurry to move this bass and not likely to bite.
