This is a fantastic bass for practice, and experimenting. The Ibanez SRC6 is a 30" scale 6 string bass tuned E - e, a whole octave below guitar. It's Ibanez's take on the Bass Vi. I ordered 2 sets of strings from Kalium Strings because I was not happy with the stock gauges. the .084 low E was just too floppy. It's currently strung with a .103 E, and the gauges drop appropriately from there.
Other than the string change, its completely stock, and in excellent condition. I will include the 2nd set of Kalium strings. I believe the 2nd set starts at .100 for the E string.
Price is firm at $550, including shipping to the lower 48. I have the original packing materials from Sweetwater, so it'll ship safe and sound.
Do yourself a favor and save a bit of money on a new one!
