I am looking to get into a 4 string bass so I have this TRB 5 ii up for sale or trade. This bass is a beauty and sounds amazing. If I were a 5 string player I would keep it. I am looking for a Jazz bass but will consider any 4 string of similar value. $725 shipped!!!

So of coarse the dreaded what's the weight question? But also the general condition, age, issues, quirks? Bass woods, active, passive? Bass looks cool.

I would have to put it on a scale but I would guess it weighs about 10 or 11 at most. Not as heavy as an old stingray 5 but it is solid. normal player wear. A few nicks and scratches but overall pretty clean for a bass from 1998. Good tuning stability and frets are good. :D
