This is a Hofner Ignition Club bass I bought new earlier this year. Tuners have been upgraded to Grovers (really nice) and the strings to La Bella Medium Flats (I tried several other strings and found these to be the most even). I also moved (carefully) the front strap button to the neck heel like a lot of acoustic guitars to make it hang better on a strap. It sounds deep and woody like a Hofner should and weighs next to nothing. I have had a lot of fun with it but it doesn't really fit in with what I'm doing now. I don't have a case for it (I used my reunion blues RBX gig bag that I could include for an additional $75) but it will ship in it's original box inside of a larger bass box.
