For sale 1964 Fender Precision Bass

SOLD On offer is an L-series Fender Precision Bass with Fender HSC. The neck is dated DEC24 64. The heel plate is marked L59813. The heel plate dates this instrument as 03/1965. This was a common practice as parts of earlier production dates were used in a later production model. This bass is a "rescue" instrument that was professionally refinished in original Dupont cellulose lacquer Candy Apple Red and restored in 1998 by Albert Molinaro of Guitars R Us in Los Angeles CA. The bass is currently set up with flatwound strings. Please feel free to contact me for photos and details.
