Details

What we have here is a pretty light, & absolutely killer sounding & playing Vintage Fender P Bass! It's a 1974 Fender P, 3TSB, all original except the nut, original case, pup & bridge covers, & thumb rest (items are wrapped up in the case). Truss rod works as it should & has plenty of room. This is a sweet vintage P. I have chased one of these for my arsenal for quite some time! The only reason im looking to trade is, I am just not a P bass guy, I've owned some of the best P Basses made & can never gel with them. Alas every year or 2 I try again...If there was a P I'd keep, it'd be this one. But I'm ready to move on to something new for now.

What am I looking for? Something different, prefer jazz size neck 4's or tight spaced 5's
Warwick (German, higher end Warwicks)
Spector (prefer USA)
USA Fender Jazz (vintage, custom shop, AVRI)
Lull Jazz or T bird
Sadowsky Jazz
???Something different???

What is the weight? Pretty light! I've weighed this jewel countless times and it always weighs in 8.9-9.1 lbs. 9lbs for a 70's Fender is pretty sweet.

I'd be willing to add $ or more gear for the right trade, also willing to accept partial trades with $ coming to me. So +/- $ as necessary.

On to the pics, these are just what I have on my phone, some were from when I got it, it has not been hurt any since I've owned it though. I can & will take many more later.

Nice 70's Precision bass!

What's the width of the neck at the nut? It looks like 1 5/8", which I believe was standard in this era.

Sending you a PM.

Tons of awesome offers guys. I am still kicking around which direction I want to go, I plan to have a decision made & a deal worked out very soon though. So get any last minute offers submitted. I will be PMing anyone that has reached out to me already individually as well.
