Box, paperwork, power supply?

Yes. 2 strips. one on either side of the signature. There was no way those little rubber feet were keeping it in place on the pedalboard. The rubber feet came off eventually as the adhesive on them was definitely not up to the task. original Box and paperwork are included. power supply was not included with original unit. I use a 1 SPOT Pro to power my board so it has been powered with a quality PS during its use.
