Okay, this is an absolutely KILLER bass that is pretty rare to boot.
The 60th Anniversary Precision Bass embodies six decades of Fender bass legacy in a collectible U.S.-made instrument. Features include an ash body with Blackguard Blonde thin-skin lacquer finish, maple neck and fretboard with modern 9.5” radius and medium jumbo frets, vintage Precision Bass split single-coil pickup, black pickguard, high-mass vintage bridge, knurled control knobs, modern tuners and Fender/SKB® molded case.
Bass weighs under 9lbs and balances wonderfully, offers low action and is currently strung with DR strings. While it's in wonderful condition overall, it does show a few marks from gigging.......but with the thin lacquer finish, it's to be expected. Truss rod functions as it should, and the bass sounds and plays great.
While I'm mostly looking for a sale, I'd be interested in trades for other basses. 63 ri precision bass, xotic 5 string jazz, other active 5 string basses of similar value will be considered. I could add a little cash or throw in a beautiful Breedlove bass.
