Hello-

This is a unique tele P-styled bass built by CinCity Customs. We acquired this one in a trade for one of our builds and after doing some upgrades am now putting this back up on the blocks.

The bass is comprised of USA made parts and was assembled by CinCity Customs, a company better known for its paint work. I wrote CinCity to confirm some things. They tell me this was made in 2015 and there is no serialization to their finished products.

The neck wood has a stunning flame figuring one could expect to see from Warmoth. The color called "Calypso Green". The bass features Lakland ChiSonic pickups. Overall the bass is immaculate, near-mint, and has obviously seen minimal playtime. No fret wear whatsoever.

We did the following upgrades:

1. The headstock was originally match painted. But the waterslide decal was simply laid over the headstock and in that state was fading and beginning to peel off. It was bound to happen sometime. We couldn't re-apply the original decal or a replacement to the painted surface because the same problem would happen again. So we made a replacement decal, stripped the paint to bare wood, and applied it directly to the headstock followed by several coats of polyurethane. The wood figuring of the headstock is nice looking.

2. The original configuration had one stacked volume pot for each pickup and one master tone operating both pickups. We upgraded this to having 2 stacked V/T knobs, one for each pickup. We went old school and installed wax paper capacitors like they did in the 1950's and 60's. All other components were USA made.

3. We ordered an engraved neck plate from Philadelphia luthiers.

4. Finally we got a hard padded case by FX for it.

Here are the rest of the specs to this bass:
1. Warmoth Body, 2 pick up routing.
2. Warmoth tele neck. The wider p-bass 1.625" inch width at the nut.
3. Hipshot tuners.
4. Dunlop Straplock pins
5. ChiSonic pickups from Lakland.
6. USA made Fender bridge with saddles allowing for you to adjust the width of the string spacing (between 17.5MM and 19MM)
7. String-thru mounting option.

The bass was originally listed for $1,275 plus shipping. So here's the deal:
I'll sell outright for $1,025 (with upgrades and the case). Also shipping will be free if you live in the Continental US. If you live elsewhere, we'll need to discuss if I can ship at all to your country before I work out a quote. Trade value will be at $1,125.

I took lots of photos in the home. I took a bunch outside as well and I have a link to those here:

This is still here!???

For those of you who are " unfamiliar" with chisonic pickups... That are GREAT!

IF These are the humbuckers they are no longer made but Amazing.

If they are the single coils... They are a J on 'roids and also amazing...I have both in my arsenal and ALWAYS get compliments from musicians when I play either of them.
