Looking to move a couple of instruments that are taking up space presently. Prices do not include shipping. Willing to ship, but at the buyers expense. Local deal would be rad, trades are cool too, either straight accross or 2 for 1 (willing to package these two and the FujiGen I have listed separately).

Bass #1 is a Des Lauriers BB-20. Funky old short scale, wearing a fresh set of Ken Smith short scale strings. He will on the e is a little too big to fit through the bridge, a seen in the pic. Doesn’t effect sound though. Neck adjusts normally. There is occasionally intermittent sound from the jack - ok most of the time though. Could probably stand to have electronics cleaned, but has a great punchy sound. The last couple I’ve seen have sold for around $300, so I’m listing a little lower. No case or bag included. NO LOGER AVAILABLE - keeping for now.

Bass #2 was a Guitar Center online gamble. Listed as an “Ibanez parts bass”, t is actually a TMB-100 in white. Mods appear to include a high mass bridge, new strap buttons, and the bridge pickup was yanked. Can’t tell if the precision pickup is original or not, although the cover is white. original preamp is intact (wiring for bridge pickup still in place - buyer should be able to solder one back in without too much trouble). Actually sounds pretty good with the fresh set of slinkies installed, just doesn’t get play time with the gaggle of precision style basses I have. Significant gouge on the lower edge of the body as shown in pics. No case or bag. Price drop to $80

Open to bass, amp, or effect trades. Local deal preferred in north Jersey, but send me a PM for shipping. Two for one pricing discounts available.

More pics of the Des Lauriers (before the string change). Artsy metal cow art!

One more bump before I route the Ibanez for the DiMarzio Model one I have in the parts box.

Finally ordered a new audio interface, so there’s a chance I’ll get some sound clips of the Des Lauriers up before too long. It’s a cool sounding, funky bass.

All right. Finally got the Des Lauriers dialed in and can’t bear to part with it. It’s such a wildly funky bass - sits right in between a p bass and a stingray sound wise.

That said, I’m still interested in moving the Ibanez. Too lazy to route it out at the moment, but I’ll throw in the DiMarzio model one and a switch for an extra $50. Will leave this up for a few more days before I take it to guitar center or Sam ash...
