I am listing a true treasure find for all of the Peavey enthusiasts. For sale is a 2007 New “old stock” Bubinga Cirrus 4 bolt- on. This guitar was purchased from a music store in IN that was going out of business and had it hanging in the store since 2007. I had this pristine bass professionally set up and re-strung with Fender Nylon Coated strings- my go to because I’m old... It comes with all the original paperwork, original Peavey case, and plays fantastic! The Satin Gold hardware is absolutely flawless and beautiful. Some of the features are:

-Five-bolt on neck and body construction
-Walnut neck with wedge fingerboard (graphic reinforced)
-12” radius on 4 string; 24 fret
-34” scale length; 24 frets
-Tilt headstock
-Hipshot reduced mass “mini” bass machine heads
-Two internally active VFL pickups
-On-board active 3- band EQ with bass/variable/mid/treble boost and cut (10 dB)
-Low impedance output (18volt powered)
-All satin gold finished hardware
-Fully shielded electronics
-Individual fingerstyle bridge system (string thru or deep slot with (Patented Dual Compression Technology) (three-way adjustable)
-Graphtech Topnut

I am sticking with Jazz Basses as they are easier for me to handle, so I want to share this with a Cirrus fan. I will ship to Continental US Only for $30.00, anything higher and I will pay the difference. The setup with strings ran me $140.00, so I’m not trying to inflate my cost just covering as well as possible. Thanks for looking, I appreciate you!

I own one of these made in Usa too; it is a very good bass with the sought after "milli" preamp but I think is '34 scale lenght; the five strings version of the Bolt-on Usa Cirrus has '35 scale but the 4 strings has '34 scale; I took the measure on mine

Thanks for catching that, I copied right out of the manual without realizing it was a 34! That’s what happens when you are an old man...

Curious why the Jazz is easier for you to handle, I thought it was maybe because of 35" scale which I thought all Cirrus' were but you say this is 34". I'm always surprised how light and comfortable my Bubinga Cirrus is when I pick it up but I can see why the 35" may be a prob for some.
I've only seen 1 other like this and 1 in Coke red which I almost grabbed.
